It's pretty cool to live in a country with houses that, in some cases, pre-date the 1300's But, as a home-owner of such property or city council with those type of architecture in the community, how do you cope with rising electric bills? Growing sustanability demands and keeping up with the whole global durability debate? Well, 'De Groene Grachten" - started by Dutch space hero Wubbo Ockels - developed 'De Groene Menukaart". A website with insights on all the pre-mentioned questions for home owners or cities to use and help guide their architectional heritage into the 21st century. I teamed up with John Buise and continued with the style of our predecessor and built a typical house that can be found in the city of Groningen.
